All items are eligible for return, if notified within 30 days of purchase, and providing the following conditions are met:
● Proof of purchase
● Before returning the product, please notify us by email at [email protected]. We will respond within 2 business days with further instructions and to issue you a return mailing label.
● The item is in its original condition. For example, if it’s an article of clothing, it has not been washed or shows signs of normal use.
● For DVDs, those items must be returned with the clear packaging (seal) unopened.
● On orders with multiple items shipped and only a portion of the order returned, we will refund that portion of the original shipping cost so you will not incur any cost for the actual item returned.
● Refunds will be issued using the same payment method for the original purchase, usually within 2 business days of receiving the item back. Please note, some banks may take up to 10 days to post the refund once its been initiated at our end.
Sale items (if applicable)
Item refunds will be based upon the price originally paid for the product. Some sale items are clearly labelled as "all sales are final" which are not eligible for normal returns. If they are damaged or defective they can still be returned for a store credit or refund.
Within 30 days of purchase, if an item is defective or damaged, we will exchange it for the same item or apply the full credit toward a different product. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at [email protected] so we can issue a return mailing label at no extra cost to you.
